Good afternoon,
In ArcGis 10.0, how i can convert vector data (lines) into raster to generate a terrain elevation model?

Assuming the line data you have is something like contours, you can use the Topo to Raster tool to convert the data into a DEM grid. Here is a link to the online help about How Topo to Raster Works.
